Every week here on the Locker Room, we will present a new basketball drill that can be used to teach multiple skills and improve your game, all while adding some fresh spice to your repertoire.

This week’s drill is called the “4 Cone Shooting Drill”. The 4 Cone Shooting Drill emphasizes the proper footwork used to shoot off of screens, shooting on the move and conditioning with high intensity, game realistic execution.

This week’s basketball drill is called the “32 Competitive Shooting Drill”. The 32 Competitive Shooting Drill is a twist on a popular shooting drill that almost all coaches and players use. It emphasizes everything from spot shooting technique to rebounding coverage to passing, all while building teamwork and having players compete towards a goal.
